Returns & Warranty
If you aren’t happy with the products you purchased from mylinkvisionary.com, we will happily accept a return for a full refund. Our 365-day return policy has no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the products back in the original packaging and that the products are in the same condition as when you received them.
Your original box contains a prepaid return shipping label. To make a return, package the item(s) securely in the original box and place the return shipping label over the original label. Drop your package off with an appropriate shipping carrier and be sure to keep a copy of your invoice and tracking number.
If you do NOT have the original box and return shipping label, please submit a return claim and a customer service representative will contact you with further instructions.
Once your return is received and approved, a credit will be made in the original form of payment used usually within 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed.
If you need to return a product in new condition that was purchased in a retail store, please return your items to the store you purchased from. In the case of a warranty claim, please read the warranty instructions.
If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original items for a full refund and make a new purchase at mylinkvisionary.com. To ensure you get your gear fast, we encourage you to place a new order while we process your credit.
Mylink Visionary offers a lifetime warranty on all defective sunglasses are fully warranted with proof of purchase against defect in material and workmanship up to (1) year from date of purchase. Mylink Visionary offers a limited lifetime warranty on all watch movements and cases. There is a limited warranty on workmanship and materials for a period of (5) years after original purchase from an authorized Mylink Visionary dealer
Mylink Visionary warranties do not cover normal wear and tear on products such as: watch crystal, watch case, or abrasions to the strap or bracelet; scratches on the lenses of sunglasses, goggles, or spare lenses; smashing in to trees, rock or curbs resulting in helmet damage. Mylink Visionary’s warranty does not cover internal or external damage caused by abuse or mishandling.
If Mylink Visionary products are proven defective, Mylink Visionary will replace them at no cost to you. If Mylink Visionary products are not considered defective, Mylink Visionary will repair or replace your product at a reasonable charge with your authorization. This warranty applies only to Mylink Visionary products purchased from authorized Mylink Visionary dealers and is valid for the original purchaser only.
